Please read the following terms and conditions before booking a treatment or consultation at Skinfolk.
Bookings

Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. We require your full address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth to secure your booking.
Cancellations
All new patients are required to pay a non-refundable £30 deposit. The fee for prime time appointments (after 5pm on week days or during weekends) is £50. Deposits are deductible if you decide to proceed with treatment on the day. If you decide not to proceed with the treatment on the day or cancel the treatment/consultation any time prior to the scheduled date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
For all existing patients, 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel your treatment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of your treatment date, a charge of £30 (or £50 for prime time appointments) will apply. All Monday appointments must be cancelled within 72 hours due to weekend working hours.
Health advice and consent
At the start of treatment, you will complete a health questionnaire and sign a consent form. You will not be able to have your treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to refuse treatments.
Age restrictions
Treatments are only available to those aged 18 and over.
Timings
We advise you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to allow you to complete your health questionnaire.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments. They are available to purchase on our website and can be sent directly to you or or the recipient.
